Terms of Service
Last updated: April 21, 2026
Welcome to ClaimAdvocate. Please read these Terms of Service completely before using our platform. By using the ClaimAdvocate website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
ClaimAdvocate provides AI-powered tools to analyze insurance claim denial letters and draft appeal letters. The platform submits the appeals to insurers on your behalf and follows up periodically. We do not provide legal advice, nor do we act as your legal counsel.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the upload process. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any documents or PHI (Protected Health Information) you provide to us.
3. Authorization
By using our automated submission service, you explicitly authorize ClaimAdvocate to contact your insurance provider computationally or manually on your behalf to submit the appeal and request status updates.
4. Refund Policy
You are only charged a fee when your appeal is drafted and submitted. Due to the variable nature of insurance companies, we cannot guarantee your appeal will be successful, and therefore we do not issue refunds for denied appeals after the service has been rendered.
5. Limitation of Liability
ClaimAdvocate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
